Botanical Experiments -- 2007/2008

• Ripen tomatoes indoors    --    SUCCESSFUL once I started leaving the basement light on in the area where they were stored. Boo hoo. All are now gone. T'were delicioso!
• Overwinter dahliahs outside
• Overwinter cacti outside
• Leave marigold roots intact (in the past I have just left the whole plant and trimmed as new growth came in the spring)
• Overwinter ALOCASIA outside.
